Brock Lesnar expected to return to WWE following unsuccessful stint in UFC.
WhatCulture has learned that former WWE Undisputed Champion and UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar, is set to make a return on tonight's Monday Night Raw Supershow. Signed..sealed.. when will he get delivered? Originally, rumours were suggesting that Brock Lesnar was set to return last night at Wrestlemania 28. Yet, speculation has turned to tonight's Raw show, after he failed to make any impact on grandest stage of them all, even though he was spotted in Miami (where WM 28 was held). Speculation of Lesnars return began after he was defeated by UFC newcomer Alastair Overeem at UFC 141. Once the match had ended Brock Lesnar, who had just recovered from an injury, announced his retirement. Ive had a really difficult couple of years with my disease. Many sources told their readers that he was set to return to the WWE at last nights Wrestlemania. Although, hours before the show he had apparently signed a one-year-deal with WWE he did not make an actual appearance. The 34-year-old was originally part of the Smackdown show in 2002, however since his departure, Raw has become the dominant brand in the WWE. With this in mind, it looks certain that if the deal is finalized with Lesnar that tonight could be the return of the pain.
