WWE: Daniel Bryan Debuts Daniel Wyatt Persona [Pics Here]

Top WWE babyface Daniel Bryan made his first appearance last night as a member of the despised Wyatt Family using the new ring name Daniel Wyatt. Bryan debuted his new persona at a WWE house show in Hampton, Virginia yesterday in a steel cage match against Family leader Bray Wyatt. Instead of his usual basic red trunk attire Bryan - or rather Wyatt - appeared in blue overalls similar to those worn by fellow Family member Erik Rowan. Fans in attendance likened Bryan's new look as being reminiscent of former WWF mid carder Duke 'The Dumpster' Drosse. Many fans believed that following the events of this week's Monday Night RAW in which Bryan finally joined the Wyatt Family the scheduled cage match between the former American Dragon and cult leader Bray would not take place however that was not the case. Anyone expecting a confrontation between the two however were sadly disappointed as Bryan stood in the middle of the ring and allowed his new leader to beat him down, hit his finishing move 'Sister Abigail' and then score an easy three count victory. It is likely that a similar scenario will be carried out on tomorrow's edition of RAW with this being WWE's first run through of the continuing Bryan/Wyatt storyline. Wwe Daniel Wyatt Despite tons of heat for seemingly turning Bryan heel after being the hottest act in the company for years a number of WWE Legends have defended the company for the decision. In fact Mick Foley stated in a recent blog that this is the ideal way to elevate Bray to the main event and will no doubt culminate in a match at WresteMania 30 which could potentially steel the undercard. How long do you see this angle playing out? Will Bryan remain with the Wyatt's until 'Mania? Where does this leave the proposed Michaels/Bryan match WWE were hoping for?
