After missing last weeks episode of Monday Night RAW CM Punk will be back tonight to talk about his loss to The Undertaker at WrestleMania 29 and let the world know whats next for the former champion. As rumours circulate that Punk will take the next month off, including the Extreme Rule PPV, all eyes and ears will be focused on him when he clears his chest tonight. Assuming that Punk is indeed taking several weeks off you have to wonder how he'll be written off television. There's a chance he'll be taken out of action physically by a past of future foe but the more likely option for the white hot Heel is that he'll leave WWE of his own volition in some kind of "I quit" storyline. If that's the case then you can bet your house and all your belongings that he wont be leaving quietly. In fact fans can expect another classic, venom filled promo like only CM Punk can deliver and anticipation of hearing something as great as his game-changing original 'pipe bomb' is at an all time high. Punk's promo abilities were praised by top WWE Hall of Fame inductee Bruno Sammartino as well this month after he was asked about Punk's comments regarding the man known as the Italian Superman back in January.
I think his interviews for a villain. I think he's very, very good. That's why it surprised me that Billy Graham would say anything when he used to be a villain who would say things to put down his opponents, even myself. I took no offence at CM Punk, I know he was doing it to be a villain, that's what he does. But I think he does a very good job when he gets on that microphone as a villain, what he says, how he talks, how he says it. As a villain I think he does a tremendous job and as a wrestler, I've seen him a few times and I think he's pretty darn good. He's not too bad at all.
Precisely who will be the target of Punk's rage tonight is anybody's guess but after months of staring at the ceiling for part timer's it looks like the rebirth of CM Punk will begin one way or another tonight on RAW.
