WWE News On The Undertaker's Raw Return

He'll be back to set up SummerSlam's main event.

The Undertaker's next WWE Raw appearance will be on August 17 in Minneapolis. This is the same night when his SummerSlam opponent Brock Lesnar will be there as the hometown hero. The news is confirmed on the Target Center website where the August 17 Raw is taking place. They are promoting it locally as The Undertaker's first appearance in Minnesota in three years. Following their epic brawl on the July 20 edition of Raw, Lesnar and Undertaker have been kept apart with Lesnar showing up last week just to stand there while Paul Heyman delivered a memorable promo. Undertaker has been kept off TV since July 20. Neither man is expected at Raw this Monday although there is a special broadcast on WWE Network after Raw designed to promote their match.

Also returning on that August 17 edition of Raw will be John Cena, who has been out with a broken nose that will keep him sidelined for about three weeks. Hopefully it looks decent by the time they get to SummerSlam on August 23 for his match against Seth Rollins, which isn't official yet. It was also reported last week that The Undertaker is planning on working for WWE post-SummerSlam, but it's not known what his schedule will be aside from three live events in Mexico in October. Survivor Series is possible because this year is 25 years after his WWE debut at that event.
