WWE NXT Debate: Did Sasha Banks And Bayley Top Their August Classic?

Takeover Respect vs Takeover Brooklyn.

Sasha Banks and Bayley had another good NXT women's title match at NXT Takeover Respect. But was it as good as their classic on the NXT Takeover Brooklyn special? I've got mixed feelings about the Respect match. It was fine, but it also had its problems. A couple of sloppy spots hurt it, notably when Bayley had to blatantly roll Sasha to the ring ropes for a near fall save. The finish was also a little off, perhaps down to the fault of a bad camera angle. Another problem was squeezing the Ironman gimmick into thirty minutes, as it hurt the logic of the overall story. Just two months ago at Brooklyn, Sasha and Bayley had to near kill each other to get just one pin fall, and it took eighteen minutes. Here at Respect, they had two pin falls in the space of just eleven minutes. But at the same time, this was a good match, and the majority of the reaction has been very positive. People loved it, and the emotional response was solid. Sasha Banks in particular is a fantastic worker. I just preferred the Brooklyn match, which had an extra smoothness to it in the delivery of big spots and sound wrestling action. That was one of the WWE matches of the year, in my opinion. However, many people seem to have loved this Respect match just as much and maybe more. What side do you fall on? Was the NXT Takeover Respect match better than NXT Takover Brooklyn? Or did Banks and Bayley fall that little bit short? Have your say in the comments and share on social media.
