WWE Raw: 10 Things You Might Have Missed (Aug 8)

Why did Rollins walk away from what he wanted?

This week's Raw featured 2 matches you must go out of your way to see and 6 you definitely shouldn't bother with. Dean Ambrose vs. Cesaro and Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns were great though, even more so because hulking beasts like Strowman decided to throw some furniture around the place. It's no wonder fans love the guy.

That chair-related spot was one of the sneakier moments on Raw, but it wasn't alone as one you may just have missed. Elsewhere, a criminal lack of logic punctuated the entire show. The offenders? The Miz, Corey Graves and Seth Rollins. Even Bray Wyatt joined in the fun by encouraging Finn Balor to "run" after he had been the one to scurry away.

It's a good thing then that Balor was on hand to slyly put Bray over before the confrontation. Speaking of Finn, his in-ring promo was one of the only that had fans cheering. WWE's babyfaces are in some serious trouble if this week is anything to go by...

10. The Miz Forgetting To Bring His IC Title

Why did The Miz forget to bring his Intercontinental Title to the ring for Raw's opening Miz TV segment? Usually, the belt is either sitting on one of the set's chairs or Maryse has it, but the title wasn't anywhere to be seen this week. What's the point in being a champion if you're not shouting from the rooftops about it?

Maybe Miz knew he was about to look like a loser. Squashed alongside Miztourage henchmen Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas, the IC Champ was used as cannon fodder for Brock Lesnar during his own talk show segment. Wow, this move to Raw really isn't working out for The Miz. He was much better off on Tuesday nights.

Things could be about to get worse if rumours ring true that Miz will lose the Intercontinental Title to Jason Jordan at SummerSlam. How did this happen? A few months ago Miz was one of WWE's best characters, but now he's forgetting his own title and being treated like a jobber.
