WWE Raw: 5 Things You Might Have Missed (Jan 11)

5. Vince McMahon Hates Change

The recent spate of injuries that has blighted WWE has caused Vince McMahon all-manner of chagrin. The biggest stars on his roster have been dropping like flies in the past few months, with main event stars Sting, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton and John Cena all on the shelf for the foreseeable. Not to mention the likes of fan favourites Daniel Bryan, Cesaro, Hideo Itami and Sasha Banks. It€™s been a nightmare for McMahon at the worst possible time of the year: WrestleMania season. As part of the storyline on Raw, Vince playfully made reference to his current real-life booking headache in conversation with Paul Heyman. €œDon€™t make me change my plans again!€ he barked, as Heyman suggested pulling his client Brock Lesnar out of the Royal Rumble match in favour of a spot in the WrestleMania main event. To most it was a throwaway comment, to those in the know it was a winking plea to the wrestling gods that he be spared any more shaking up to his plans.
