WWE's veteran official Charles Robinson was the victim of a major heist this past month, as it has emerged $55,000-worth of Hollywood and wrestling memorabilia was stolen from his Charlotte, NC storage unit.

TMZ Sports reported the news this weekend that the long-time referee visited his lock up on the morning of 28 May, only to discover that it had been wiped clean.

Valuable collectibles snatched from the unit included Friday the 13th action figures, Evel Knievel stunt cycle toys, and Planet of the Apes lunchboxes.

A Jaws statue valued at $2,400 had also vanished; said item - or one identical to it - was listed on eBay three days back, only to be hastily removed once Robinson was alerted.

'Lil 'Naitch filed a police report over the robbery, but thus far detectives have been unable to determine any potential suspects. One of the things working against the cops is that the security cameras erected to catch some criminal activity failed to spot anything.

Alongside their report, TMZ Sports published a document detailing all the nicked goods set to turn up in the American equivalent of Cash Converters any day soon.

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
