WWE Royal Rumble 2013 Alternative Preview And Predictions

MAIN SHOW - TEAM HELL NO Vs THE RHODES SCHOLARS - WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Remember when the WWE tag team division was a joke? Then along came the odd couple of Kane and Daniel Bryan who turned the division on it's head and made tag team wrestling palatable again? Well that was then and this is now and the use by date on this gimmick has well and truly expired. Hopefully RAW's 'graduation' ceremony was an indication that the two men were going to go their separate ways with Bryan returning to a heelish role rather than Kane. For the moment though we are to assume The Big Red Machine and Goat Face are on the same page at least until they appear in the 30 man over-the-top-rope main event. As for Rhodes Scholars, well they just look like a classic tag team from back in the day and both men could use the rub of tag title gold right about now. Damien Sandow is excellent in everything he does so it's about time WWE showed some confidence in him as a future top star. Prediction: Team Rhodes Scholars take the titles. WWE teases a split with the ex-champions. The full split comes in the Rumble. Kane stops being a comedy act. Hurray.
