WWE Royal Rumble 2014: 7 Superstars Most Likely To Win

2. Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan Our first candidate who has never won a Royal Rumble in his career (which makes him a favorite, mathematically), Daniel Bryan was pushed to top star level over the spring and summer this year, with victories over Randy Orton and most notably, his WWE Championship win against John Cena at Summerslam. I haven't met a single person who had anything bad to say about that title win. After years of clamoring by most of the Internet Wrestling Community, Daniel Bryan reached main event status in WWE (being one of the very few people who defeated John Cena cleanly after his rise to stardom), and it would make perfect sense for this man to win the Royal Rumble and challenge the Undisputed Champion at WrestleMania XXX. Particularly, I put this man just a hair below the #1 superstar in this list as far as chances of winning the Rumble go. He was screwed out of the championship by Triple H, Scott Armstrong, the Big Show and Shawn Michaels, in that order. The little underdog who fought and fought to win the belt didn't get his time under the sun because they think he didn't fit the mold. It would be the perfect end if he won the Royal Rumble (starting in the #1 spot or something similar) and overcame someone handpicked by those that screwed him out of the belt for the first time (Triple H and Stephanie McMahon) at the biggest show of the year (perhaps Triple H himself, knowing the man, or maybe a corporate Sheamus, but that's not the point here). They have a great hook for this feud and we all know that Bryan can work with whatever they give him. I know I'd enjoy him winning and working this program with whoever the champion might be. Nothing holds Daniel Bryan back from winning the Royal Rumble.
