...as, (and not for the first time) The Fashion Files was nowhere to be found on this week's episode.

In the silly serial, WWE have stumbled on a saga that audiences have unanimously deemed a very good thing indeed. Breeze and Fandango are a riot as idiot hot cops, The Ascension have benefited from valuable screen time as ludicrous otherworldly sidekicks, and the sight gags and in joke fill Reddit threads and comment sections alike with enough references to meme themselves into a frenzy for the rest of the week.

But repeated false promises will kill the golden goose. Breezango's inexplicable absence from the show in general ahead of their Hell In A Cell return was odd enough, not least considering that the pair continued to work matches often just designed to keep the audience in the building for 205Live.

Anticipation had risen quickly for Pulp Fashion, as it had before their last comeback, but the backlash will be swift and decisive if the company continues not to deliver on simple but satisfying promises.
