WWE Smackdown Spoilers - Chris Jericho vs Bray Wyatt Stipulation Added

Chris Jericho features in stipulation main event.

This week's WWE Smackdown was filmed on Tuesday night from Corpus Christi, Texas. The main event pitted Chris Jericho against Erick Rowan, with a co-main event of Dolph Ziggler vs Alberto Del Rio. A key development coming out of the show was Randy Orton challenging Roman Reigns to a SummerSlam match. With just three weeks to go until the August pay per view, WWE's key feuds are heating up. The episode will be broadcast this Friday night, the results are as follows: - Jack Swagger defeated Cesaro with the Patriot Lock. This resulted in Lana and Rusev coming out and challenging Swagger to a match at SummerSlam. Zeb Colter accepted on Swagger's behalf. It's hard times yet again for Cesaro, with his losing streak continuing. For Swagger things look much rosier, his feud with Rusev is one of WWE's hottest programs for SummerSlam. - Randy Orton was up next, cutting a promo on Roman Reigns. He challenged the former Shield leader to a match at SummerSlam. - Kane and Seth Rollins vs Dean Ambrose in a handicap match was announced for later in the show. - R Truth beat Bo Dallas by disqualification. This occurred after Bo refused to break a referee's five count. Following this, Bo beat Truth down some more, before ending with a promo. - AJ Lee triumphed over Rosa Mendes in a squash match. Afterwards, Paige attacked AJ at the top of the ramp. The Diva's Champion was laid out. Officials checked on her as Paige skipped away. - Kane and Seth Rollins defeated Dean Ambrose by disqualification after the babyface hit Kane with a steel chair. Rollins ran away, leaving Ambrose to pummel Kane with some more chair shots. - We see AJ Lee taken away on a stretcher. She was wearing a neck brace. - Diego defeated Fandango. The Los Matadores wrestler was accompanied by Layla and Summer Rae. The divas distracted Fandango to aid Diego in victory. - Alberto Del Rio defeated Dolph Ziggler. The Miz was on commentary and toward the end of the match distracted Ziggler. This resulted in Dolph chasing after the Intercontinental Champion. Miz got away and Del Rio took advantage by executing the cross-armbreaker on Ziggler. - Chris Jericho main evented the show against Erick Rowan. The stipulation was that if Jericho won, then Rowan would be banned from ringside at SummerSlam. The referee sent Luke Harper from the ringside to the back. Jericho went on to pick up the victory off of a codebreaker. Bray Wyatt followed up with an attack on Y2J. However, Bray's action may have been part of the dark main event.
