Max Dupri linked back up with WWE's Maximum Male Models group on Friday's episode of SmackDown.

The former LA Knight had reportedly been pulled out of the faction by Vince McMahon, and Dupri was even blamed for some early vignettes by the ex-WWE boss. On Friday night, new head of creative Triple H restored Max and put him back with Mace, Mansoor and recent debutant Maxxine.

Together, the quartet introduced MMM's "SummerSlam Beachwear Collection" in a backstage segment.

Most fans had assumed that Trips would revert Dupri back to his old LA Knight gimmick and go from there, but it seems 'The Game' still sees something in Max as head of this Male Models shindig; there's still no word on whether or not Dupri will actually be wrestling alongside Mace and Mansoor, or if he'll strictly be used as a manager from here on out.

Meanwhile, some are questioning what this means for Maxxine. She had looked to become the new leader of the stable on last week's show, but Dupri's return could have a negative knock-on effect on her importance to the gimmick.
