WWE SummerSlam 2015 - Rumoured Lineup

Some big plans in place for WWE's summer spectacular.

The only match that is currently official for SummerSlam is Brock Lesnar vs. The Undertaker, but the full card could potentially have up to eight matches. Here's the rumoured lineup based on things that happened on WWE TV this week, as well as information from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, along with brief notes for each matchup. WWE Champion Seth Rollins vs. US Champion John Cena - This would likely be for Rollins' WWE Title. There's a chance that Cena may lose the US Title in the build up to the match with Rollins interfering, but it could just be built as champion vs. champion too. Sting, Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose vs. The Wyatt Family - Since Erick Rowan is hurt, it's unknown who might be joining Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper on the heel side. Sting is reportedly in great shape in preparation for this match as well as other potential matches down the road. Intercontinental Title: Ryback vs. Big Show - The match was supposed to also involve The Miz at Battleground, but he might be dropped from the feud for SummerSlam. Ryback is expected to be ready for SummerSlam after his staph infection injury.

Cesaro vs. Kevin Owens - The feud was really built up well on Smackdown this week. Dolph Ziggler vs. Rusev - Ziggler has been off filming a WWE movie, but should be back in time to set up the match at SummerSlam. Tag Team Titles: The Prime Time Players vs The New Day - It looks like this match is happening at least one more time based on Raw this week. It's possible that they could turn it into a multiple team tag match. The Bellas & Alicia Fox vs. Naomi, Sasha Banks & Tamina Snuka vs. Paige, Becky Lynch & Charlotte - All three trio groups are being pushed heavily on television because it's going to lead to a triple threat tag match. That's eight matches counting Lesnar vs. Undertaker, so that looks like the full card. There's always a chance that others could be in matches because there are rumours about Stardust doing something with actor Stephen Amell and guys like King Barrett and Neville could be in matches as well.
