Following Pete Dunne's attack on upcoming opponent Sam Gradwell at the conclusion of day 1 of the WWE United Kingdom Championship tournament, WWE.com has announced that Triple H and William Regal will talk to Gradwell and then decide how to handle Dunne's actions.

Though the article stated that Dunne will not be removed from the tournament, the announcement potentially sets the stage for a confrontation between Dunne and the tournament organizers at the second part of the event.

On Saturday's show, Dunne was victorious in his first-round match with Roy Johnson, setting him up for a quarterfinal-round clash with Gradwell, who defeated Saxon Huxley in the qualifying round. At the end of the program, all of the advancing competitors were brought out onto the stage to hype Sunday's show, but Dunne laid Gradwell out with a cheap shot. Regal physically separated Dunne from Gradwell as the show went off the air.
