WWE TLC 2012 Results - AJ Lee Screws John Cena and Turns Heel

Picture 1 Last night's WWE TLC pay-per-view results from the Barclay's Center in Brooklyn, New York. Matt Striker and Scott Stanford kick off the pre-show for the pay-per-view and talks about the online Slammys. Brodus Clay won "Best Dancer of the Year". Charlie Sheen took home "Social Media Ambassador of the Year" Slammy. Jerry Lawler returning home at the airport after his heart attack is WWE.com's Exclusive Video of the Year. The Slammy for the "Crowd Chant of the Year" is Ryback's "Feed Me More". The Slammy for the "Upset of the Year" went to Daniel Bryan for defeating Mark Henry and Big Show at Royal Rumble. And finally, AJ Lee won the Slammy for "Diva of the Year". Pre-Show Match: Naomi defeated Alicia Fox, Aksana, Cameron, Tamina Snuka, Kaitlyn, Layla, Natalya and Rosa Mendes in a Santa's Little Helpers Match to become the new Number 1 Contender for the WWE Divas Title. More Slammy results. "Insult of the Year" went to John Cena for his jokes on Vickie Guerrero and Dolph Ziggler. The Slammy for "Tweet of the Year" went to Daniel Bryan for talking about his face. The Slammy for "YouTube Show of the Year" goes to Zack Ryder. The Slammy for "Facial Hair of the Year" goes to Daniel Bryan. "Betrayal of the Year" Slammy went to Big Show for turning on John Cena at WWE Over The Limit pay-per-view. WWE TLC pay-per-view kicks off with Lilian Garcia. WWE sound the bell 26 times for the victims in the Sandy Hook Elementary school tragedy. Lilian thanks the crowd then the opening video for the show airs. Michael Cole, John Bradshaw Layfield and Jerry "The King" Lawler are on commentary. 1) Tables Match for the #1 Contendership: Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes defeated Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara when Cody shoves Cara into the table. 2) WWE United States Championship: Antonio Cesaro defeated R-Truth with the Neutralizer to retain his title. After the match, Striker interviews Cesaro about the fans reaction to his victory. Cesaro says unlike America, he is an international superpower. He is the greatest US Champion of all time. He says fans are booing their own country when they boo him. He then hits the turnbuckles with his title. The MizTV segment is next with the 3MB members - Heath Slater, Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal. Slater says he isn't happy about The Miz calling them a trainwreck. McIntyre disses Jay-Z and The Rolling Stones, before announcing that on RAW's Slammys they will be performing live. Mahal picks a fight with the Spanish announce team. Slater says in this country, we speak American. Drew shoves one of the announcers to the floor before Ricardo Rodriguez comes down and wants to speak to 3MB. Instead, they push Rodriguez up against the apron and rough him up. Alberto Del Rio runs down and takes out all three members of 3MB. Del Rio unloads before the numbers game goes against Del Rio. Miz jumps in and helps Del Rio as they clear 3MB. Tonight it is announced that it will be Miz, Del Rio and a partner of their choosing vs 3MB later tonight. WWE Tag Team Champions Kane and Daniel Bryan are backstage. Bryan says he hates the "Feed Me More" chant as he hates it when people just repeat themselves over and over again. Kane asks if he is kidding. Kane says bodies will be broken tonight and they will be the ones doing the breaking. If Ryback is hungry, they will feed him to The Shield. Bryan chants YES and YES and YES. 4) WWE Intercontinental Title Match: Kofi Kingston defeated Wade Barrett with the Trouble in Paradise to retain his title. 5) TLC Match: The Shield defeated Ryback and WWE Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan and Kane when Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns powerbomb Bryan through a table. Reigns covers for the pinfall victory as Ryback struggles to get back in the ring to stop the count. 6) WWE Divas Title Match: Eve Torres defeated Naomi with the Neckbreaker to retain her title. 7) Chairs Match For World Heavyweight Title: Big Show defeated Sheamus when he hits The Great White with the biggest steel chair in history, cracking Sheamus on the back and then pinning him for the victory to retain his title. 8) The Miz, Alberto Del Rio and their mystery partner Brooklyn Brawler defeated 3MB when Brawler locked on the Boston Crab for the victory. 9) Ladder Match for Dolph Ziggler's Money in the Bank Briefcase: Dolph Ziggler defeated John Cena to keep his briefcase. The finish came when Cena had the briefcase in his sights before AJ Lee turned on him and shoved him off the ladder. Ziggler looks surprised as AJ stares at him before smiling and then skipping away. Ziggler climbs the ladder to retrieve the briefcase for the victory. The show ends with Cena looking dejected and disappointed in the ring.
