WWE To Honor Daniel Bryan At Madison Square Garden

World's most famous arena to host "Daniel Bryan Night" on March 25.

WWE has announced that its Road to WrestleMania house show scheduled for March 25 at Madison Square Garden has been designated as "Daniel Bryan Night." Bryan will be in attendance and is expected to be honored in the ring. On February 8, Bryan made his first appearance in a WWE ring in many months to announce his retirement from the sport of pro wrestling. His emotional goodbye speech lasted for the final half-hour of Monday Night Raw and drew tears from fans at Seattle's KeyArena. At "Daniel Bryan Night," the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion will get the opportunity to take a bow before his East Coast fans. Several of the show's matches have also been announced. In the main event, number one contender Roman Reigns will take on Sheamus, who will have the Triple H in his corner. Also confirmed are The Big Show versus Bray Wyatt, Kalisto versus Alberto Del Rio in a U.S. Championship match, and Dean Ambrose versus Kevin Owens in a 30-minute Iron Man match for the Intercontinental Championship. AJ Styles will be in action, as well. The company is also advertising appearances by Ric Flair, The New Day, and Kane. Currently, "Daniel Bryan Night" is not scheduled to air on the WWE Network, meaning that it can only be seen live.
