WWE's Carmella Calls Mandy Rose Unsafe, Deletes Tweet

"Go back to NXT and learn how to be safe in the ring."

Carmella met Mandy Rose one-on-one on last night's episode of SmackDown, with the match given additional spice thanks to a Twitter spat in the hours leading up to the show.

Barbs began to fly when Rose Tweeted about Carmella scuppering her Money in the Bank dreams this past Sunday, intimating that she was "robbed".

In response, The Princess of Staten Island just about managed to quip: "Robbed??! Or just poorly executed??"

Things escalated as Rose mocked Carmella's fictional knee injury, telling her to revert to being a brunette because "you're never gonna look like me."

It was at this point it turned a little snarky, with Carmella responding: "Trust me, I don't wanna look like you babe. You could never pull off both. Also, go back to NXT and learn how to be safe in the ring."

The above Tweet was deleted shortly after being posted, but had already sparked interest in their SmackDown showdown. Indeed, that may just have been the whole point of this whole episode.
