Journey is a short, but beautiful, game. There are no instructions, the game merely trusts that gamers have enough knowledge at this point to understand that the basic aim of most games - get to the other side, which in Journey is a beam of light emitted from the top of a distant mountain. The game itself is almost a multiplayer game, but in a very unique way, as in each level the character may stumble across another player and although they cannot communicate by traditional means they can, to a certain degree, assist each other. Its the beauty and simplicity of the game which has made it THE standout downloadable PS3 exclusive of 2012. If you own a PS3 and haven't played Journey yet then buy it now. You will not regret it!
