3. Trials Evolution

Trials Evolution is the sequel to the popular Trials HD and whilst both are in many regards racing games, the actual experience is closer to a platformer. The aim is simple, get from one side of a track/course to the other, un reality though, it's nowhere near that simple with tires, rocks, rivers, and later even castles and moats between you, as the rider, and the finish line (which after all your trouble surviving, generally results in an epic death anyway). Bigger in scope and more diverse in locations than the original, Trial Evolution offers a steep learning curve. The earlier levels seem difficult to begin with, but are very quickly mastered, with continued playthroughs needed for perfect "Gold Medal" runs, but the challenge very quickly ramps up with the latter levels being nigh on impossible to perfect for all but the most dedicated players. Trials Evolution is addictive, you'll very quickly open up access to most of the levels but consistent replays are need to acquire the medals necessary to access the more zany, harder final levels. It's the kind of game you will find yourself playing whenever you are waiting for a PC game to install before getting distracted for the next two hours.
