6 Things About the Pokemon Games That Defy Logic

1. Terrorists Play Fairly, Use Pokemon, and Could Easily Be Defeated by Anyone Else in the PokeVerse

Team Rocket, by all efforts, seems to be a working, masterful terrorist organization. They've tried to disband and rule the PokeVerse through means of taking over power plants, radio stations, and having a boss named Giovanni. And yet, at the same time, everything they do is centered around Pokemon. Their last lines of defense? Pokemon. Their weapons of choice? Pokemon. Which means you are perfectly game to stop this terrorist group whenever the hell you want. You and pretty much anyone with a Pokemon over level 50. Why is Team Rocket that much of a threat in a world with the Elite Four? Or the Gym Leaders? Or literally anyone who's devoted their life to Pokemon training (aka, at least half the occupants of Kanto and Johto)? Everyone seems to fear Team Rocket on the basis that they're pure evil and one of the most indestructible forces of all time, but one of your primary missions in the game is to beat them at their own game fairly early on. As in, when their highest leveled Pokemon is maybe in the 30-40 range. So, what's the issue here? Is Team Rocket really just a laughable reputation with spunky outfits? Or is the PokeVerse too inept to actually solve anything on their own? What do you think are some illogical aspects of the PokeVerse?
