4. The Best Universe Mode Yet

It could still use a little work to completely maximise its potential, but on the whole this is the most assured and entertaining Universe mode to date.

Supported by the Creation Suite's ability for players to completely transform the WWE landscape, Universe mode is more ludicrously entertaining than ever, allowing players to play out their most outrageously creative wish fulfilment in the squared circle.

In addition to the mode having three save slots (compared to 2K16's single one), a concerted effort has been made to make the presentation feel as close to the real WWE product as possible, which helps enhance the already addictive "just one more match" factor.
