Liverpool have been linked with Real Madrid's 19-year-old prodigy Alvaro Morata ever since Luis Suarez stated he was unhappy in the Premier League and favoured a move to the Bernabeu. The youngster could be a perfect signing for Rodgers and with Suarez wanting to go to Madrid, Liverpool could potentially secure the player as part of an exchange deal along with a cash sum. Madrid are set to let Morata leave the club this summer but with Queens Park Rangers, Wigan, Newcastle and Liverpool all having shown interest in the last few months the youngster could cause a transfer battle between the clubs. Whilst Morata is clearly not a like for like replacement for Luis Suarez, the youngster can add more choice to Liverpools attacking strength and can help give other players more of a rest between games. Morata would be a perfect signing for the Merseyside club and could potentially help them climb up the table and even inspire players around him to push the club to European success. The Spaniard has scored 17 goals for Madrids B team and has proven himself to have all the qualities to be a potential star.
