WWE: 7 Stars That Need A Push

By Jamie Callaghan /

5. Tyson Kidd

There is no doubt that Kidd is one of the most talented wrestlers in the WWE. If success was based on in-ring ability, Kidd would be close to the top of the list. Kidd, like others on this list, suffers from a lack of charisma. He sounds positive and enthusiastic on the mic, but that doesn€™t take much and doesn€™t sell seats. Look at Austin and The Rock; they weren€™t as talented as Kidd in terms of wrestling ability, but they had the charisma, the talent on the mic and the character. That€™s the difference between being the next main eventer and being the next Shelton Benjamin. Being a face is more difficult than being a heel, which is perhaps why there€™s such a lack of them at the moment. You can insult a crowd and they€™ll hate you, but you can€™t say nice things about a town and expect them to like you. That€™s why a majority of the most popular faces in the last fifteen years have been anti-heroes; they were heels who the fans started to back (Austin, The Rock and Daniel Bryan etc.) Kidd just needs to find his character but he needs to do it quick. Just look at what happened to John Morrison.
