This week on RAW, the Tag Team Champions and the WWE Champion competed in a 6 man tag team match against The Shield. This match was the best bout of the program, and The Shield continues to shine in their role as a cohesive performing unit. They are a more intriguing heel element than Ryback, who cannot get over and continues to sound ridiculous with the "Ryback Rules" promo. However, the bolder statement and element of this match was The Big Red Machine himself, Kane. He continues to perform at the highest level despite his age of 47 years, and he makes it look completely effortless inside the ring. His time in the ring this week was complete with several huge spots, including a monster sidewalk slam and the usual clothesline off the top rope. We can only hope that in the months ahead he can get a bigger singles push before his level of performance starts to wain.
