Opening RAW this week we saw Ryback perched atop an ambulance in an effort to really sell his Extreme Rules match outcome with John Cena. What followed was a nice promo from Ryback that was his best work on the mic thus far, attacking the fans and challenging John Cena to an Ambulance Match at the June PPV. Ryback is progressing nicely into an effective heel. While he certainly has a way to go to be effective in the long term, right now he is starting to put it all together. He also went on to squash Zach Ryder later in the show following a Ryder loss in an unrelated match, which only added to Ryback's developing monster heel persona.
