10 Best Video Games Based On Comic Books

7. Lego Marvel Super Heroes

Injustice 2 Green Lantern
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment

If you've ever played any kind of Lego game based on a film franchise or comic book, you know how much fun they can be to play. They are fun and oriented towards a young audience, but on top of that, they are incredibly detailed homages to their source material.

Lego Marvel Super Heroes plays just like Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga and Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, but it sets itself apart, making it just a bit better than those titles. Gameplay alternates between action-adventure settings and puzzles, which keep you fully engaged while playing.

The game doesn't hold back on the characters, and just about every fan-favorite from the Marvel Universe is in the game. Included are the Fantastic Four, Ghost Rider, the Guardians of the Galaxy, the Avengers, the X-Men, and a ton of enemies, side characters, and of course, Stan "The Man" Lee is included as well.

This game may exist in the Lego universe, but it was clearly made as a love letter to Marvel Comics' fans. Every detail that went into the settings, the characters, and the events make this a seriously good Marvel title kids and adults enjoy for hours on end.
