10. An Other Realms Doctor Strange Movie
As already estblished, at least one Doctor Strange sequel probably goes without saying, but there are possible Doctor Strange movies and then there are possible Doctor Strange movies.
Marvel could play it safe and continue to have Strange battling Earth-bound villains attempting open portals to other realms and other monstrous threats, but the real bravery would be in taking the entire film beyond the borders of "normal reality". Strange's powers obviously allow for superhero movies that aren't grounded in our world, and that could well be the sort of difference Feige is looking for.
The Challenges
It would require an ungodly amount of CGI, and we've already seen Green Lantern struggle horribly with that. There's some positive to be found in the fact that Doctor Strange nailed its effects work and then some, but a trip into entirely different universes with Strange would require even more.
And of course there's always the distinct danger that whatever results ends up looking like a psychedelic Beatles cover from their LSD period, as a significant number of Strange's older comics have.
