The Flash: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

Switching things up, Cicada's niece arrived from the future as Cicada II and ended up killing her redemptive uncle for his weakness. While she certainly proved to be a more formidable foe than he was, and had at least something to work with, the character was hindered by the fact that she only showed up with a few episodes of the season remaining, as she still felt oddly one-dimensional and could have used a little more development.

That said, Sarah Carter did a fantastic job with what she had, and that certainly allowed Grace to be a far more terrifying Cicada than her predecessor.
