Master of Horror Alfred Hitchcock was supposedly fond of saying Film your murders like love scenes, and film your love scenes like murders. In essence, directors should be willing to go against the grain to create a frightening blend of sex and fear. The lines between what makes something erotic and what makes it terrifying can be blurrier than you might think. Well, the directors of the following scenes probably heard that Hitchcock line at least once or twice (Some probably have it framed and hung in their offices). One thing these all have in common is that they're downright steamy...right up until they're incredibly disturbing and make you want to cover your eyes and hide your arousal. Beware, for they may excite you, but they may also permanently stop the flow of blood to your favorite body parts.
10. Kiss Of Death (Elektra)
One could certainly argue that the entire 97 minute runtime of Elektra is disturbing, solely on the grounds that a spinoff of the abysmal, Ben Affleck-starring Daredevil was allowed to happen at all. But one scene that pushes beyond that borderline of terror involves Jennifer Garner and Natassia Malthe locking lips. Two very attractive ladies making out is almost always a cause for celebration. Except when one of those ladies is only doing it so they can physically suck the life out of the other. Then, for some reason, it loses a bit of its overall hotness. At first it kinda seems like a normal tongue-diving, but Elektra's just not that into it. But then things starts to get serious with the life literally draining out of her eyes and the immediate vicinity around the make out session turning black. Once her veins start to pop out and her face turns blue, any bit of sexiness oozes out of the scene.
