9. Hundreds of Great Stories To Pick From
There are literally hundreds of fantastic Batman stories out there that have been told, but only a very small portion of those stories have made in into television or film. Many of the greatest stories have been written in one continuity in comics called Modern Batman, which could be used as the basis for the TV show. The first season could use the basis of several key early stories in the history of The Dark Knight, including Batman and the Monster Men, Batman and the Mad Monk, Batman: Prey, The Man Who Laughs, The Long Halloween, Dark Victory and a version of Daughter of the Demon to introduce Rai's Al Ghul and Talia. The second season could use a version of Strange Apparitions Son of the Demon, The Killing Joke, Death in the Family and a version of Batman: Venom. Further seasons could expand the universe even further with Knightfall, No Man's Land, Hush and Under the Hood. The difficult task would not be finding or writing stories, but deciding which stories to focus on.
