2. X-Men

X-Men's stock is back on the rise after a bit of a lull between X-Men 3: The Last Stand and X-Men Origins: Wolverine. X-Men: First Class, The Wolverine and now X-Men: Days of Futures Past seem to be reinvigorating the franchise with the care and love that we saw from Bryan Singer's first two efforts. With that, Fox may well want to cash in on what Marvel are doing with The Agents of Shield. X-Men seems to be the perfect superhero brand to bring to the small screen, the proof being several fantastic animated shows. Superheroes on the small screen is something I whole heartedly expect to happen thanks to the Agents of Shield, and I can't think of a better franchise to explore than X-Men. Although, in an interesting slant, I would much rather see the story from the Brotherhood's side of things. Seeing a young mutant struggle with the turmoil of discrimination but also aligning himself with such a radical group could be really interesting. It, of course ,also cuts out the need for some of the bigger stars to return for the series, but also allows the TV show to explore its own storylines set in the exact sem universe. If you just set this as a subdivision of the Brotherhood run by someone like Aaron Stanford's Pyro, you could have a great tie in. I'd watch that in a second.
