Genuinely being 2017's biggest success story, one Brendan Greene (who you might know for H1Z1)'s new game PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has soared to unprecedented, record-breaking heights.

Currently sitting on a momentous concurrent player count over over two million on PC, the battle royale behemoth is now on Xbox One. Thankfully, though we all had our doubts on whether Bluehole could cram the gargantuan map and various physics-based factors of gameplay onto a console, this new version is pound for pound exactly what they promised.

That said, PUBG's "tutorial" is nonexistent, choosing to trade more on an active community and word of mouth than anything in-game. What you're paying for is the prolific, 100-player, scavenge-to-survive last man standing mode.

Nothing more, nothing less.

To that end, your first few matches will be spent learning the controls, sense of movement, how to survive in a firefight and just where to head first.
