Few things are guaranteed to fill you full of as much glee as slipping into bed after a long, hard day at work. That moment your head hits the pillow is wonderful. "I've earned this", you think to yourself before drifting off into a warm, comforting sleep. Then, you inevitably start thinking about ghosts, serial killers and possessed dolls.
Night time is supposed to be peaceful, so why is it so damn scary? Apologies, dear reader, because you won't be getting much shut eye after screaming your way through these hair-raising tales. So, next time you come home from work and think about hopping straight into bed, it might be a good idea to check every room, put that smartphone on 'Do Not Disturb' mode (so no nearby creeps watching from the trees can't call) and throw that shiny new toy doll out the nearest window.
