Zack Ryder sings about a 'hoeski' who broke his heart. The song features such excellent lyrics as 'Roses are red, And violets are blue, You may have left me, But I'll still woo woo woo' (and that's just part of the chorus). If you haven't already realised, nothing about Hoeski was meant to be taken too seriously with Ryder remaining in character throughout.
