3. You're Constantly Offered Drinks

Which is great, if you do promo for a bar which is pretty lax on drinking rules. Get smashed, have some shots, do what the hell you want. Think Ibiza: all the promo girls there are drinking with the ravers all night long. In the UK however, the rules are a little different. Having one cheeky drink while the boss isn't watching might be fine, but have a few more drinks and end up insulting an overly friendly guy who wants a drink with you, and suddenly you're being carried out the door and fired on the spot. It's so hard; you're offered drinks incessantly, and with all the drunk people around you (including your friends, who have come out to see you yet again because they're nice like that), it's difficult to always say no.
