Liverpool Transfers: 5 Players That Can Inspire European Success

3. Henrikh Mkhitaryan

henrik Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has recently been linked with a move to Anfield in a deal worth around £20 million and for Rodgers to bring the Armenia to the club would certainly strengthen Liverpool€™s core. The Donetsk player has been extremely clinical as of late having scored 25 goals in 29 Premier Liga games making him the top goalscorer of the Ukraine league. Of this list, Mkhitaryan is probably the player who is currently in the best form, not only has he been prolific in front of goal he has proven time and time again that he has a desire to control the centre of the pitch regardless of the opposition. The 24-year-old would still be a fairly young addition to the squad and still has a lot of potential. Whilst a fee of £20 million might seem slightly excessive, with his form, goal tally and European experience, Mkhitaryan is a must buy for Liverpool especially if the club lose Luis Suarez.
