1. Edinson Cavani
If Liverpool do end up losing Luis Suarez, then they could replace him with another Uruguayan goal-machine. Edinson Cavani has enjoyed three prolific seasons with Napoli since his move from Palermo in 2010, scoring 93 times in 121 appearances. So far this season he has plundered a scorching 27 goals in 26 appearances, making him one of the most coveted forwards in Europe. Late last year, news emerged that he was prepared to open talks with both Liverpool and Arsenal over a potential transfer, while the Uruguayan's agent Claudio Annelucci once stated that the 25-year-old hitman dreams of playing in England and hinted at a possible move.* He won't come cheap though - he has a reported buy-out clause of £52 million in his contract with Napoli.** Again though, any sale of Luis Suarez will likely cover that sort of transfer fee - and considering Cavani has been more prolific this season than Suarez, it might not be a bad swap at all.
