The Portuguese winger has been heavily linked with a departure from United for a while but still nothing has happened and he remains on the payroll. Nani had an inconsistent season last year in terms of both form and fitness. When you lack one of those it is a problem, when it's both it is a sheer shambles. Why is he still there? What is he picking up his paycheque for exactly? Why when there's reportedly so much interest in him is he still in Manchester? Wilfried Zaha is currently being kept out of the team by Nani, which makes no sense at all. Zaha is better and was clearly bought with the future in mind and he will continue to improve once he is given time on the field, yet still the club sticks by Nani to no prevail. Do United really need Nani? What exactly does he offer? It's nice to see a team stick by a player sometimes but it gets to the point where enough is enough and this is one of them.
