9. Sam Winchester - Supernatural
As soon as it became known that Supernatural was to come to an end after its fifteenth season, speculation has been rampant about the series coming to a close with the death of the show's two central brothers.
It remains to be seen whether both Sam and Dean Winchester will make it out of Supernatural alive and well, but it certainly looks as if Jared Padalecki's Sam has a high chance of being killed off by the time all is said and done with Supernatural's final season.
Already, it's been established that Sam and God - as in, that God - are somehow tied together. If God is hurt, Sam is hurt. If Sam is hurt, God is hurt. And it's in this plot point that Supernatural may choose to kill off Sam Winchester as part of an emotional final few episodes.
It would take a brave person to bet against Sam using this unique link to sacrifice himself in order to stop God and finally bring a sense of peace to the world in the ultimate heroic act. That said, it could also be that Jensen Ackles' Dean Winchester joins his younger brother in dying before Supernatural concludes.
