14. Sam Raimi And Bruce Campbell Working On Evil Dead TV Show
There's not much news to go on here, because the news came in the form of an offhand comment, but Spider-Man and Army of Darkness director Sam Raimi announced that he was re-teaming with Bruce Campbell and his brother Ivan Raimi to create an Evil Dead TV series. He made the announcement during the Screen Gems panel, and unfortunately didn't give any other details. So, at this point in time we don't know when it will happen, where it will air, if it will actually happen, or how it will tie into the original films or the 2013 Evil Dead remake (if at all). Still, it's exciting news for fans of the chainsaw-wearing Ash, who fans have been dying to see back on screen since 1992. Groovy!
