1. There Is No Showdown (Hank Gets Impatient)

Dean Norris says that it ain't over until the showdown between Hank and Walt happens. Then again, Dean Norris can be saying a lot of things to a lot of people and none of it could necessarily be true. Breaking Bad has a bit of a history of building up to showdowns that don't pan out exactly as you'd like them to. Tuco was taken down by Hank, not Walt and Jesse, Gus Fring and Walt never said a word to each other before Gus fixed his final tie, and Mike couldn't even die in peace after Walt stupidly shot him. So imagine if the showdown we've all been waiting for since the beginning of the show ends up not being a showdown at all? What the other three examples have going for them is that they all fit brilliantly into Walter White's story. But when it comes to Walt himself? There's gotta be more to it than just a couple of words and Hank's quick death, otherwise the ball's a-droppin. Hank builds everything he has against Walt, and remembers everything that makes him completely convinced that he's Heisenberg. Hank gets impatient and pretty quickly finds himself face to face with Walt, in one of the house labs. He gets passed Todd easily enough, but Walt kills him quicker than he can say "I know you're Heisenberg". What's your biggest fear when it comes to Breaking Bad's final 8 episodes?
