8. Employing Children As Dealers
Throughout Breaking Bad's run, Gus Fring was shown to be one of the more 'moralistic' kingpins in the show, if there can be such a thing.
However, even this turned out to be a cover act as the show went on. Whilst Gus was certainly not as willing to get his hands dirty and resort to the dark means of running his business, there were several times where it was shown he was all too aware of the gruesome acts being committed by the people working for him.
Perhaps the most tragic of these were the children his men were using as street-corner lookouts, getting them to sell Gus' products and even sometimes take out rival dealers. It is only through Jesse that Fring is held accountable for the methods of his men on the floor, and Gus does indeed make an effort to pull children out of the fireline in his operation.
With that being said, the thugs who were using these children were still employed by Gus, showcasing that Fring cared more about the bottom line rather than the ethics behind his operation.
