Daredevil Season 2: 6 Massive Hints From The Trailer

Prepare for plentiful punishment.

Marvel rolled the dice when they decided to strike a deal with Netflix and confirm five series of MCU-related television, focusing on heroes who fit within the €˜Marvel Knights€™ spectrum (let€™s just say they€™re not the type to dress up like a flag). Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and their team-up series, The Defenders, are all going to be given television time, with Daredevil having already debuted his first season. Incredibly, Daredevil actually made "Netflix and chill" literal again and not about bumping uglies. The show was so damn good that it can be argued as the best thing Marvel Studios has ever produced; well scripted and acted, with beautiful cinematography, plenty of dedication and care granted towards characters and a surprisingly high amount of relentless, well-choreographed violence. If you somehow haven€™t watched Season 1, it is about the trials of Matthew Murdock, a blind lawyer by day and a vigilante with heightened senses by night. Throughout the series, he butted heads, literally and figuratively, with Wilson Fisk, aka The Kingpin, who is arguably the most interesting Marvel villain to be portrayed thus far (which, sadly, isn€™t saying too much at the moment because they have been a little €˜cut and paste€™, save for Loki and Ultron). Now, the devil of Hell€™s Kitchen is returning for Season 2, which is being referred to as €˜Daredevil vs The Punisher€™, because everything is finally right in the universe. A teaser trailer for the new season was recently released (see below) and, although short and sweet, it highlights numerous possibilities and confirmations for 2016's highly anticipated episodes of street-level Marvel mayhem. And it's all TERRIBLY exciting... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0YsuXjQaAo
