Should Fight: Dominick Cruz

It wasn't to be for Jose Aldo on Saturday, as despite being more competitive than people thought, he crumbled under the constant pressure and power of Yan in the last round.

Though people are calling for Jose's retirement, the man is only thirty-three years old and still able to hold his own at the highest level of the sport. He may be 3-6 in his last nine fights, but all of them came at the hands of champions or title-challengers.

Aldo was the featherweight king for six years and went undefeated for a decade. Dominick Cruz has had a similar path, being the pound-for-pound best bantamweight in the world during the same time period, but now has lost two fights back-to-back.

If Aldo is planning on staying around at bantamweight, then why not give fans a fight between these two legends. Both are former champions coming off title fight losses, and if nothing else would be one hell of a high-level showdown.
