10 UFC Fighter Comebacks Which Could Potentially Happen In 2020

8. Jimi Manuwa

The dynamic force that was Jimi Manuwa came into the UFC in 2012 undefeated off the back of 11 stoppages in promotions like UCMMA and BAMMA.

Manuwa was set to rip up the UFC Light Heavyweight division and he did...for his first three fights. Then he came face-to-face with Alexander Gustafsson and all that excitement was quickly killed off early into the second round of their clash at UFC Fight Night 37 via TKO.

With losses in his last four UFC fights, Manuwa finally felt that enough was enough and called it a day in June 2019.

And that was that. At 40 years old Manuwa's career was done.

But then, Manuwa posted on Twitter in late January of this year that we should 'stay tuned' and that 'all this time off has made (him) realise that (he) was truly born for this game!'

If Manuwa was to perform a spectacular U-turn and did in fact re-announce himself in the current UFC Light Heavyweight division, he would definitely be returning to a much more competitive weight-class than the one he left.

Either way, it'd be awesome to see the absolute powerhouse earn one last victory in 2020 and add some shine to a record that lost a lot of its sparkle towards the end of his 23 fight career.
