It feels like an eternity since we've seen former UFC 135lb champion Cody Garbrandt put on the type of performance that fans have expected from him since he joined the UFC. With devastating knockout power in both hands and a sprawl and brawl fighting style, Gardbrandt quickly became a fan favourite. However, his last two outings against current bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw pretty much proved that although Garbrandt is a great fighter, he's not quite up there with the elite of the elite just yet.

Luckily for him, he's facing an opponent whose more on his level in Pedro Munhoz. The Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt has outstanding submission grappling skills and has also made a lot of improvements with his striking, as we saw in his last fight against Bryan Caraway.

Sadly for him, Garbrandt is a really good wrestler so his chances of getting the fight to the ground are far lower than usual. Despite being knocked out in his last two fights, 'No Love' has proven many times that given even the smallest opportunity, he can put anyone keep opponents at bay with his striking and, if given even the smallest of opportunities, he can knock someone out in brutal fashion.

Prediction: Garbrandt via second round TKO
