10 Booking Steps For WWE Raw (Dec. 26)

The dominance of Braun Strowman must continue on Raw...

When Braun Strowman was ripped from the midst of The Wyatt Family and drafted to Monday Night Raw, many questioned WWE's logic. Far from ready to strike out on his own, the big man was aided by a series of squash match victories on the red brand for the next few months. Now, he's ready for greater things.

Right in time for the Royal Rumble, Strowman is showing some promise. Last week on Raw, Braun demolished the likes of Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, ruining a tag-team main event those men were having against Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens.

This coming Monday, Rollins and Reigns have to fight back. The top babyface characters on Raw can't afford to let anyone dominate them, not even Braun Strowman. That will to gain revenge doesn't mean Rollins and Reigns should be successful, as the Strowman experiment is just beginning.

Elsewhere, Charlotte has moved on from Sasha Banks and is now warring with Bayley. Both these issues come under the microscope here.

Let's look at what WWE could have planned for the Boxing Day edition of Raw...

10. The New Day Beat The Club

The million dollar question for The New Day is exactly where they go after losing the Raw Tag-Team Titles to Sheamus and Cesaro. Last week, Kofi Kingston, Big E., and Xavier Woods didn't seem affected by the title loss at Roadblock; they're still the same entertaining trio they have been all year.

There needs to be some kind of game plan though, as last week's big brawl involving New Day, Sheamus, Cesaro, The Club, and The Shining Stars was simply a place holding tactic by WWE. This coming week, it's time for The New Day to be pushed right back into the title mix.

Unfortunately, there aren't many other teams worthy of challenging Sheamus and Cesaro on the brand. If New Day beat Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, it'll allow for them to rightly challenge for the tag belts once again.

At the same time, this will also enable WWE's writers to pen some more dissension between the current Raw Tag-Team Champions. That's still very much part of the story between Sheamus and Cesaro.
