6. Survivor Series 2014 - (100,000 Buys)

Speaking of Survivor Series, oh how the mighty have fallen. The squad-based warfare of the Series once made this event one of WWE's 'Big 4', joining Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania and Summerslam as the major events WWE would build towards throughout the year. By 2014, that trend seems to have died, and the November show is creaking along, barely scraping by. In defence of the 2014 version of the show, the WWE Network did host a free month throughout November, which of course included the chance to see Survivor Series for free. However, putting 100% faith in such a cover story would be ignoring the glaringly obvious, that WWE neither have the star power nor inclination to create it at the moment, and thus even their most trusty events are suffering as a result. A few years ago, Vince McMahon stated his belief that the Survivor Series was dated, and made steps to replace the show. Such action wouldn't transpire, and the show remained on the calendar, but the problems run more deep than fans simply being bored of a concept.
