10 Recent Truths About WWE We've Just Learned

10. Ted DiBiase's Laugh Was A Vince Idea

DiBiase talked about a number of things when he spoke to Wrestling Inc.'s Andy Malnoske earlier this month, but amongst the more interesting reveals was the one concerning the origin of his iconic laugh.

"I was doing interviews when we were doing individual interviews for every market. I just happened to end a particular interview and I laughed like that. It's an exaggeration for the way I really laugh and Vince happened to be walking by. He stuck his head in the door and goes, 'That's The Million Dollar Man and I wanna hear that laugh every time you cut an interview.' I tell everybody that in a 19-year wrestling career and being in three Hall of Fames, what am I most remembered for? Go figure."

This is, of course, not the first story of Vince catching something off-hand and telling a wrestler to make it a defining part of their gimmick. Enzo Amore's "cuppa haters" bit famously went from Occasional Promo Introduction to Literally Every Third Sentence when he moved from NXT to the main roster.
